The World's 50 Best Restaurants list for 2024 has been unveiled, showcasing the finest dining places worldwide. Sponsored by S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, the prestigious list was announced on 5 June during a glamorous awards ceremony at Wynn Las Vegas. This 22nd edition includes restaurants from 26 territories across five continents, with eight exciting new entries and re-entries. Notably, Dubai's Trèsind Studio has claimed the 13th place on the list, representing the UAE with culinary excellence.
The two MICHELIN-starred fine dining Indian restaurant, Trèsind Studio, is a tribute to India's rich and diverse culinary heritage. Led by Chef Himanshu Saini and his team, the 20-seater restaurant offers a personal and nuanced exploration of 17 dishes. Resembling an intimate theatre, the open kitchen serves as the stage, with natural elements like fresh flowers, leaves, shells, and butterflies enhancing the dining experience. The restaurant embodies the Indian philosophy of 'Atithi Devo Bhava', meaning ‘Guest Is God’.
Located at St. Regis Gardens on The Palm Jumeirah, guests are greeted upon arrival, introduced to the team, and served their first dish at the pass. Throughout dishes, guests are taken on a culinary journey through the restaurant.
You can visit Trèsind Studio from Tuesday to Sunday between 7pm and 11pm. Be sure to reserve your spot before your visit.
