Calling.... Space!

Ever wondered what it would be like to make a call to space?

Dubai Opera is hosting a special call with Emirati astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi.

On 21 March, the unique opportunity, hosted by Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre, will see the astronaut get on a call, while onboard the International Space Station (ISS) for the longest Arab space mission in history.

The call will be conducted in Arabic, with English translation available through headphones.

Prices for the call start at Dhs 15 and are available on the Dubai Opera website.

On Thursday, 2 March at 9.34am UAE time, Crew-6 took off from Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, where they will conduct several research experiments onboard the ISS.
