The Formula 1 season is coming to a close and the UAE is getting race ready for the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix!
With all grandstand tickets sold out and only Paddock Club tickets still available, up to 60,000 people will descend on Yas Marina Circuit on Yas Island from 17 to 20 November.
Though the Formula 1 World Champion is already decided, with Red Bull's Max Verstappen breaking records on his way to win his second world championship, race goers are still very much in for a treat over the race weekend.
The four-day action-packed event will see the fastest drivers compete to take the podium at this day and night race.
The race runs over 58 laps of 5.81km each, and grand prix enthusiasts will enjoy all the action from five grandstands, Main, North, West, Marina, and South, as well as from Abu Dhabi Hill.
To continue to enhance it's offering and to allow even more racing fans to witness the thrilling races, a new hospitality experience has been added, called the North Straight, where the cars will race past the recently modified turn 5, making it the tightest and most challenging hairpin turn.
The Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is not just about the drivers and cars. In between the races, fans will be entertained with a variety of interactive events, from the F1 Fanzone available on 17 November, for all the super fans to get a glimpse of memorabilia from over the years, food trucks for delicious food, live music and more.
One of the highly anticipated parts of the race weekend are the Yasalam After-Race Concerts, and this season's line up is awesome, with 4 different acts running over 4 consecutive nights.
Kicking off the concerts on Thursday, 17 November is the award-winning rapper Dave, known for the record-breaking studio release, 'We're All Alone in this Together', followed by Swedish House Mafia, the house music supergroup of Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso performing on Friday, 18 November.
