The 13th edition of Sharjah Light Festival is coming back in February 2024. The event organised by Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority (SCTDA) will take place from 7 to 18 February. The light festival will showcase Sharjah's 12 iconic cultural and natural landmarks with fascinating artistic displays conceived by globally renowned artists.
Held under the guidance of His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, the festival will feature over 15 light shows crafted by over 15 international artists, unfolding over 12 successive days across 12 locations.
Visitors will get to enjoy 15 daily light shows from 6pm to 12am on Thursday to Saturday and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday from 6pm to 11pm.

Adding to the glitz, the Light Village in front of the University City Hall building in Sharjah, will display over 55 small and medium-sized national projects from 1 February until 18 February.
The 12th edition of the Sharjah Light Festival attracted over 1.3 million visitors, and in the 13th edition, with the interplay of light and music and dynamic visual narratives, the festival will celebrate Sharjah's rich history and heritage.
This festival stands as a beacon of peace, tolerance, and diversity, using the universal language of light to unite different cultures and civilisations, soothing the soul and delighting the eye.
