The world-renowned Tony, Grammy, Olivier and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Hamilton is coming to Abu Dhabi.
Set to run for three weeks, the show will be held from 17 January 2024 to 4 February 2024 at Etihad Arena, Yas Island.
The story follows along America's founding father, Alexander Hamilton, and shares his journey of how he impacted politics and education in the country, and has been described as "America then, as told as America now."
The show launched on Broadway in August 2015, and will make its debut in Abu Dhabi as part of the international tour, featuring an interactive music score that incorporates multiple genres from hip-hop, jazz and R&B.
Directed by Thomas Kail, the music and lyrics are composed by Lin-Manuel Miranda.
Pre-sale tickets will go on sale on Friday, 19 May, and general tickets will be available from Monday, 22 May.
Prices start at Dhs 180, with the waitlist for the tickets now available through the Etihad Arena website till Friday, 19 May.
