Emirates has launched a new city check-in option and travel store at ICD Brookfield Place at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) to make travel all the more convenient for passengers.
Available to all, the new location allows passengers to drop off their luggage from 4 hours up to 24 hours prior to boarding their flight.
The services can be used from 8am to 10pm.
Passengers can check-in at the self-check-in kiosks, at dedicated desks or by using Sara, the first check-in robot assistant.
With a 2.5 metre LCD screen, Sara can match faces with scanned passports, checks passengers in and guides them to the luggage drop area.
As well as checking in, passengers can also book tickets, shop for travel merchandise, and avail paid valet parking and self-parking at the new location.
Expert advice and offers on trending destinations will also be available, with dedicated travel consultants helping to buy tickets.
Passengers with valid boarding passes can utilise the facilities at ICD Brookfield Place, which include exclusive discounts and offers at restaurants, gyms, and luxury stores.
Before flying, passengers can then connect directly to the airport via taxi, the Emirates chauffeur service, or walk to Financial Centre Metro Station, which connects to the Airport Terminal 3 Metro Station.
