Dubai Sports Council has announced that the Dubai Marathon will return in 2024 on 7 January.
The 23rd edition of the marathon is making a comeback, with the last edition taking place in January 2020.
Runners can participate in the first international marathon to take place in the Middle East with distances of 4km, 10km and then 42.195km.
His Excellency Saeed Hareb, Secretary General at Dubai Sports Council said, "The Dubai Marathon is one of the largest annual events in Dubai and is eagerly awaited by runners of all ages and abilities with participants from both in and outside the UAE."
Ticket prices start at Dhs 186 and registration is now open via the Dubai Marathon website.
