ENOC Launches Ramadan Initiatives To Help People In Need

ENOC Group has launched a series of initiatives to help people in need during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

The initiative, in collaboration with local charities, aims to benefit over 400,000 people.

The Ramadan Grocery Distribution initiative, in collaboration with Zoom, will see 50,000 people from labour camps receiving essential grocery items for 14 days during Ramadan, with ENOC volunteers packing the grocery boxes and delivering them, from now till April 5.

The Ramadan Aman campaign, along with Al Ihsan Charity Association, will see 200,000 Iftar meal boxes distributed to individuals stuck at traffic signals, in order for them to break their fast on time. Running from 10 April, ENOC’s employees will distribute Iftar boxes in Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain.

Around 10,000 Iftar meals will also be distributed during the last two weeks of the Holy Month to people in need in Dubai, with ENOC employees volunteering to help with daily distribution at labour camps.

Additionally, 1,000 gas cylinders from Emirates Gas will be given out to people in need.

Individuals that are looking to make donations of Dhs 10, Dhs 20 and Dhs 50, can at all ENOC stations.

A date box distribution, in collaboration with Alokozay, will be held at all ENOC stores throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan.
