The first worshippers were welcomed to The Abrahamic Family House over the weekend.
The Abrahamic Family House was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE on 16 February, and offers worshippers a common place of worship.
On 17 February, the inaugural prayers took place at the His Eminence Ahmed El Tayeb Mosque, marking the first time prayers were conducted at one of the three houses of worship.
The Moses Ben Maimon Synagogue had its first service on 19 February, which began with the hanging of the Mezuzah and went into the afternoon prayer, Mincha.
His Eminence Cardinal Michael Fitzgerald also conducted the mass at the His Holiness Francis Church on 19 February.
The mass concluded with a message from Bishop Paolo Martinelli, the Apostolic Vicar of Southern Arabia.
