Dubai Courts have launched a service for residents and non-Muslims in the UAE to have civil marriages.
The service is in line with the new family laws that came into effect on 1 February which included new provisions for civil marriages, divorces, and inheritance.
Couples will be able to get their marriage contract attested at Dubai Courts, only if one person is a resident of the UAE.
The fee to apply for a marriage contract is priced at Dhs 220.
