The Etihad Rail, the UAE's railway network, has shared an update on the development of the project.
The Al Qudra Bridge, which is based in Dubai, is now completed.
It is the longest rail bridge within the Emirate’s mainline network and will be a vital route for trade and commerce while contributing to the movement of goods throughout the UAE.
Set to be open in 2030 to passengers, the Etihad Rail will be initially open to serve freight companies.
The Etihad Rail connects all the emirates in the UAE as well as Oman and is reported to be 75% completed.
