The UAE is set to be the host of the 13th Ministerial Conference (MC13) of the World Trade Organisation (WTO).
Held every two years, the MC13 will be held in Abu Dhabi during the first quarter of 2024.
Set to discuss shaping the future of global trade, the event will be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, in a tweet said, "The UAE is honoured to have been selected as the host country for the World Trade Organization Ministerial Conference in 2024. We look forward to facilitating constructive dialogue between WTO nations and strengthening international cooperation for a sustainable economic future."
164 member countries will be a part of MC13.
