The Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) have developed the first AI-enabled fire-readiness programme in the world.
The DCD Readiness Programme will analyse the data using AI and, based on incidents over the past five years, will predict the probability of fire incidents in various areas in Dubai.
After every fire incident, the system will analyse and send awareness and actionable messages to avoid fire accidents from common reasons, focusing on pre-emptive fire management.
The programme utilises big data, and will link the data sources in most government departments.
The aim of the programme is to enhance public safety and make Dubai the safest city for citizens, residents and tourists.
