With the National Day holidays almost here and the year coming to an end, many people have already started looking towards the upcoming public holidays for 2023.
The UAE Cabinet has announced the dates for the public holidays, for both the public and private sectors,
1 January for New Year
29 Ramadan to 3 Shawwal for Eid Al Fitr (Expected to fall on 20 April to 23 April, but subject to change based on the sighting of the moon)
9 Zul Hijjah for Arafah Day (Expected to fall on 27 June)
10 to 12 Zul Hijjah for Eid Al Adha (Expected to fall on 28 to 30 June)
21 July for the Islamic New Year
29 September for Prophet Mohammed’s (PBUH) birthday
2 and 3 December for National Day
