Abbas Khan Bhatti Khan, a Pakistani national, was honoured by the Dubai Police.
In a viral video posted on social media, Abbas was seen helping regulate the traffic at an intersection in Dubai.
To commend Abbas for his efforts in easing traffic, His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander in Chief of Dubai Police, honoured him in a ceremony.
