The highly anticipated Dubai Fitness Challenge will begin this weekend, on 29 October.
Running till 27 November, the 30-day challenge will encourage the public to get active and stay fit by exercising daily for 30 days.
This year's annual edition will see the iconic Dubai Run and Dubai Ride return on 6 and 20 November.
A range of free classes and activities will be held around Dubai, from golf, trampoline classes, yoga, Zumba and more.
Two fitness villages will also be held, the DP World Kite Beach Fitness Village and the RTA Last Exit Al Khawaneej Fitness Village, where a variety of events will take place throughout the week, catering to various fitness workouts.
Expo City Dubai will host a fitness weekend on 12 and 13 November.
Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy riding and running at Expo City Dubai as well as participating in group activities from Les Mills, Zumba, Barry's Bootcamp and more.
