His Excellency Dr Abdulla Al Karam, Director General of Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) visited Bloom World Academy.
His Excellency Dr Abdulla visited on 15 September and took a tour of the new school that focuses on learning while also prioritising a balanced family life.
The school offers students later start times of 9am as well as flexible school day timings.
Over 300 students from 53 different nationalities as a welcome sang the UAE national anthem as well as the official school song.
John Bell, Founding Principal of Bloom World Academy said, "We are incredibly proud to welcome Dr Abdulla Al Karam, Director General of KHDA to our new school. Since opening only a few weeks ago, we are now home to an amazing cohort of 300 students, who have embraced our way of doing things differently. From our later start time, to choosing their own learning pathways, Bloom World Academy is delivering what we promised."
