Driven Properties, a leading real estate brokerage, has sold the most expensive townhouse in Dubai.
The five-bedroom townhouse in the Villa Amalfi development on the Jumeira Bay Island was sold for Dhs 35.5 million.
The deal was made by high-end residential market specialists Kianoush Darban and Lina Allaoa.
Villa Amalfi offers stunning views from the rooftop terraces with the captivating Dubai skyline on one side and the Arabian Gulf on the other side.
The community has private parks as well as amazing community facilities with Bulgari Resort, Marina and Yacht Club.
