The Dubai real estate market has recorded 344 sales transactions, worth around Dhs 1.77 billion.
The deals were made on 13 September and also included 67 mortgage deals of Dhs 115.99 million and 48 gift deals of around Dhs 63.51 million.
According to the data announced by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the sales included 286 villas and apartments worth Dhs 600.16 million and 58 land plots worth Dhs 1.17 billion.
The total realty transactions amounted to over Dhs 1.9 billion and included 61 villas and apartments worth Dhs 103.68 million and 6 land plots valued at Dhs 12.31 million.
