His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE has approved the decision to increase the pensions of teachers.
The pensions of Emiratis working at public schools will be increased by 80%.
The decision is to provide better living standards as well as financial stability to the Emiratis and their families.
7,600 UAE Nationals will benefit from the initiative during their retirement and over Dhs 6.6 billion will be spent.
