Passengers travelling through Dubai International (DXB) can now access the customer care centre at any time through various channels.
The feature was tested out earlier in the year and will also offer bilingual support.

Using the webchat feature on the websites
Through @DXB Facebook, Instagram and Twitter platforms
Through @DubaiAirports Facebook, Instagram and Twitter platforms
Customer care through Whatsapp Business will soon be added.
