The UAE Government has announced the timings during Ramadan for federal government employees.
Working hours will be from 9am to 2.30pm on Monday to Thursday and from 9am to 12pm on Friday.
On Friday, remote working, as well as flexible working hours, will be available with 40% of employees allowed to work from home.
Federal authorities need to assign the tasks to be done from home as well as organise the duties for employees.
Employees that live far from their workplace will be prioritised.
