Individuals that have been fully vaccinated will automatically get a green pass on the Al Hosn App, 11 days after testing positive.
Prior to the change, individuals that tested positive needed to get two negative PCR tests to get the green pass.
According to the new protocol, on testing positive the individual needs to quarantine for 10 days and on day 11 the pass will automatically turn from red to green.
The green pass will then be valid for 30 days.
Individuals that are asymptomatic and have recovered within the 10 days of quarantine, can take two negative PCR tests and can then avail of the green pass for the next 30 days.
The second test needs to be taken with a 24-hour gap between them.
On completion of the 30 days of the green pass, a PCR test needs to be taken every 14 days for the next 60 days to maintain the green pass.
