Customer And Employee Happiness Index Ranked

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, has announced the happiness levels measured by employees and residents in Dubai towards government entities in 2021.

The happiness levels are measured every year and help in setting a benchmark for the levels that are needed to be attained.

On the Employee Happiness Index, the Dubai Police ranked the highest with 96.6%, Public Prosecution with a rate of 94.7% and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs with 94.1%.

The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry ranked the highest on the Customer Happiness Index with 91.9%.

Dubai Customs Department ranked second with 91.8% and Dubai Police with 91.3%.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan said, "Serving people and ensuring customer happiness are the very foundation of government work, and we have the utmost confidence in our employees. We have constantly worked on enhancing our administrative approach, with service as the cornerstone of our activities, guided by the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid to raise happiness levels in the Dubai community.”
