In 2020, the Dubai Police received a 91.1% rating on the Community Happiness Index as well as a 95.9% on the Partners Happiness Index.
Additionally, a 91.1% rating was received on the Satisfaction with Community Initiatives Index and a 91.2% score on the Satisfaction with Publication of Information Index.
The scores were announced during the annual inspection and released by the General Department of Community Happiness at Dubai Police.
21 workshops, 5 internal courses, 34 training courses within the training plan and 58 virtual courses were organised in an effort to motivate the department to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
The rating was achieved through launching community-based initiatives, creating volunteer positions, offering sports rehabilitation activities, increasing the society's awareness through programs and increasing the reach through social media accounts.
