His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crowne Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, along with other dignitaires, attended the opening ceremony of Expo 2020 Dubai, which is now open to the public.
Speakers at the event included His Highness Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence and Commissioner-General of Expo 2020 Dubai, His Highenss Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai and Dimitri Kerkentzes, Secretary General of the Bureau International des Expositions.
Guests witnsees a spectacular opening ceremenony which included audiovisual shows, special effects and performances by artosts inluding Elliw goulding, Hussein Al Jasmi, Mayssa Karaa and Andrea Bocelli.
