Expo 2020 and Dubai Sports Council are offering the opportunity to participate in an Expo 2020 Dubai Run on 19 November.
The run will take guests through the scenic Expo 2020 route and will offer a view of 192 pavilions.
The Expo run is open to all ages with participants choosing between three distances, 3kn, 5km and 10km.
Participants will be put into groups, based on the runner's age.
The 3km run will offer fours groups, uup to 8 year olds, 9 to 12 year olds, 13 to 18 year olds and 19 years and older.
The 5km will consist of eight groups with categories including 13 years and under, 13 to 15 year olds, 16 to 18 year year olds, 19 to 29 year olds, 30 to 39 year olds, 40 to 49 year olds, 50 to 59 year olds and 60 years and above.
Lastly, the 10km will offer six categories including 19 and under, 19 to 29 year olds, 30 to 39 year olds, 40 to 49 year olds, 50 to 59 year olds and 60 years and above.
Participants of all ages that would like to train can be a part of the free Expo 2020 Dubai Run the World Family Run, which will be held every Saturday at Ghaf Avenue from 9 to 30 October.
Additionally, Dubai Sports Council along with AIS Athletics have organised free morning and evening training sessions, all through October, undertaken by experienced middle and long-distance coaches.
The Expo Running Club will be open to all and will also take place at the Expo Park from 3 to 6 October, 10 to 13 October, 17 to 20 October and 24 to 27 October.
Registration is now open till 11 November and will be available through the PremierOnline website.
