As students are going back to in-person classes, Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has given students that constantly commute to school and university with the metro and tram, free laptops.
The initiative is supported by Noon, HP and Keolis-MHI to give students free laptops.
Additionally, RTA offers a blue NOL card that gives students 50% off their commute when using public transport.
Rowdah Al Mehrizi, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communication, Corporate Administrative Support Services Sector, RTA said, “This initiative is part of RTA’s standing commitment to encourage various segments of the community, such as the youth and students, to use mass transit means like the metro, tram, buses and marine transit means in their daily commute across Dubai.”
