The Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) has announced that PCR tests for students will be done for free, till 30 September.
Certain SEHA facilities and screening centres across the UAE will offer free nasal swabs for students.
The initiative is in line with the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi and aims to safely return students to an in-person format of schooling.
The centres are open from 8am to 8pm on Saturday to Thursday and from 10am to 8pm on Fridays.
Only students will be permitted to get the PCR testing done on a walk-in basis.
Students getting the saliva tests can do so at G42 healthcare centres and at SEHA drive-through screening centres.
