The UAE Government has announced that high school graduates can now receive a ten-year Golden Residency Visa.
Families of high school students will also receive golden residences.
The residency will be granted to outstanding students that have received at least 95% in their high school certificate for both private as well as public schools.
University students in the UAE as well as outside the UAE with a cumulative GPA of no less than 3.75, or its equivalent, in specific scientific disciplines can apply for the golden residency.
High school students that wish to apply for the golden residency can submit their applications through the Emirates Schools Establishment.
The decision to offer residencies to high school students was made in appreciation of the efforts of outstanding students and their families as well as is within the framework of the UAE Government's direction to create an encouraging environment for talented people.
