The 12th edition of the Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship, hosted by The UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation, will be held from 6 to 9 April at Abu Dhabi’s Jiu-Jitsu Arena.
The event will be held under the directive of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
The Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship is the largest Jiu-Jitsu event in Abu Dhabi and was originally scheduled to take place in April 2020 before being rescheduled.
The event is open to all ages and nationalities.
The championship will start on Tuesday, 6 April with junior athletes, under 18 and under 21, taking to the mat to battle it out.
On Wednesday, 7 April, the Masters will compete at Zayed Sports City.
The final two days of the competition will see professional fighters competing against one another for the title.
