Nakheel's newest development on Palm Jumeriah in Dubai, Palm Tower, is almost complete and is set to open in October.
The 52 storey landmark set at 240 metres will comprise of 432 luxury furnished apartments as well as 290 rooms for The St Regis Hotel, which is scheduled to open this summer.
The first 18 floors of the Palm Tower will comprise of The St Regis Hotel with the remaining 19 floors comprising of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
The tower will offer magnificent views and will also feature a three-storey rooftop with dining and leisure spots including The View observation deck which is set to open soon, along with Aura Sky Pool, which is one of the world’s highest infinity pools and Sushisamba, also set to open later in the year.
