Al Fay Park has opened on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi in an effort to promote healthy living in the Emirate.
His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of the Executive Council and Chairman of Executive Office inaugurated the opening of the park.
The park will focus on enhancing the biodiversity in the Emirate and will feature a forest-like ecosystem with trees and flora that require less water in comparison to regular gardens.
It will also offer multiple facilities for sports and activities for visitors as well as playgrounds for the children.
