The UK is currently under a nationwide lock down due to a high increase in cases.

For travellers wanting to come to the UAE, the UK Foreign Office has advised people to not travel unless it is essential. Those travelling to the UAE need to produce a negative PCR test when boarding, carried out within 72 hours of departure, and will also be tested on arrival in Dubai.
