In light of Commemoration Day and the 49th National Day, Abu Dhabi is offering free parking to the public.
The Integrated Transport Centre in Abu Dhabi (ITC) announced that free street parking will be available to all from 1 December 2020 to 5 December 2020, till 7.59am. From 8am on 5 December 2020, regular fares will apply.
The ITC has also informed the public to follow the traffic guidelines and laws.
The public is not allowed to stop in prohibited places, not to impede the movement of vehicles, to stop properly in places designated for parking to maintain the flow of traffic, and to not park in areas designated for residents from 9pm to 8am.
The public bus services as well as the ferries will operate according to the Friday as well as the public holiday timings. The timings can be found on the ITC website.
Intercity bus services have been suspended until further notice.
The Customer Happiness Centre will also be closed from the 1 December 2020 and will reopen on the 6 December, 2020.
