It was recently announced that parks and hotel beaches were to open as part of the ongoing measures to ease restrictions in place to contains the spread of coronavirus COVID-19.
As a result, only some public parks and spaces were opened and it has now been confirmed that more will open this week.
Parks will be opened in different phases, with the first phase started last week, phase two starting from Monday 18 May with some more now expected to open from then and the final phase starting from Monday 25 May which is expected to see Mamzar Park, Safa Park and Zabeel Park open.
