Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has reopened three customer happiness centres. These are the centres at Umm Al Ramoul, Deira and Al Barsha, along with a further 19 service provider centres.
The RTA will maintain full preventive health measures which includes the installation of heat sensors at the entrance of the centres, the mandatory wearing of masks, and physical distancing to ensure the highest safety for both clients and employees. Centres are open from 9.00am to 3.00pm.
Al Shirawi, Cars Deira, SpeedFit, and Tasjeel (Discovery Gardens, International City and Al Tawar) Centres, as well as AutoPro (Al Satwa, Al Mankhool) Centres will remain closed until further notice.
The RTA has asked that customers continue to use the online and smart channels for smooth processing of their transactions, and visitors to the customer happiness centres and service providers are kindly requested to cooperate with staff and to comply with the health procedures in place.
