The 80s and 90s may seem like they were not that long ago, but were actually 40 and 30 years ago respectively.
For fans of those two iconic decades, Burj Khalifa is all set to light up for a trip down memory lane.
This September the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa, will come to life with two brand LED Shows ‘Memory Lane’ and ‘Summer Done’.
The show, ‘Memory Lane’ is created by artist Anthony Birland, and captures the nostalgia of the 80s and 90s and recreates the magic with inspiration drawn from retro arcade machines and vintage electronics.
‘Summer Done’ by artist Karl Taylor Knight celebrates the fun of summer days coming to a close, and all the memories they hold from the sunny beaches to juicy watermelons and seasonal fruits.
Get ready to be mesmerised with these two brilliant LED shows, which will run daily from 7.45 to 10.45pm and be shown every 30 minutes on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and every hour on weekdays.
