A new flourishing residential community in Nad Al Sheba, located just off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and known for the Nad Al Sheba Racecourse, will soon have a brand new five kilometre cycling track, jogging route and outdoor gyms.
The project worth Dhs 8.6 million is being handled by the master developer Nakheel.
According to the team at Nakheel, the project will be delivered early in 2020.
Once completed, the bike and running tracks will run side by side in a loop around the perimeter of the 1,500 villa community.
