Dubai's Love Lakes near Al Qudra was transformed into a unique and breath-taking wedding destination for nine Chinese couples who wanted to tie knot amid a picturesque dessert landscape in Dubai. The wedding was organised by Meraas, Dubai Holding and Hala China.
For Dubai’s Love Lakes, it was the first wedding event and it was celebrated in typical Dubai style complete with a bridal fashion show.
This unique and beautiful wedding event had that little extra special appearance, when His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, was seen driving through Al Qudra Lakes as the wedding was taking place.
Dubai Media Office said in a statement about the wedding, “The glamorous knot-tying occasion saw the serene lakes near Al Qudra transformed into a picturesque landscape for the culturally curious couples who wanted to hold their wedding ceremony amid the sprawling tranquillity of Dubai’s undulating sand dunes.”
