Harrison Ford, the legendary actor and popular environmental activist, issued a video ahead of the World Government Summit, to be held in Dubai, to create awareness on the adverse impact of climate change. The actor describes the situation as the ‘bare truth and the greatest moral challenge of our time’. Ford in the video requests people to join him and Ministry of Climate Change and Environment at the World Government Summit.
Now in its sixth season, the World Government Summit returns to Dubai on Sunday and runs for three days until Tuesday. The event is attended by world leaders, influencers and activists to discuss global issues.
Harrison Ford is known for his active participation is environmental activism, and is vice chair of the Conservation International charity.
The video message starts by asking viewers what living in a world four degrees warmer looks like?
