Are you looking for a summer break, and considering a European city other than the more obvious choices of Paris, Madrid or Rome? One you may want to consider now is the Serbian capital, Belgrade as Sharjah based Air Arabia’s have announced a new direct flight to the historic city.
The new seven hour flight will begin on 28 June and will operate four times a week, each Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday peerfect for weekend breaks. Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer, Air Arabia, said, "The new Sharjah to Belgrade service offers our customers a unique opportunity to discover a colourful and historic city situated on the main route that connects Europe and Asia.”
Belgrade is one of the oldest cities in Europe and the only one built on the junction of two rivers, the Danube and the Sava. The city is famous for its nightlife, specially floating clubs on the river. Rich in culture, the city is home to a number of must-visit museums and also hosts annual music festivals and book fairs.
