If you’re feeling a little damper than usual today, there’s a reason for that. The UAE has officially reached humidity levels of 100 percent. Abu Dhabi-based National Center of Meteorology (NCM) recorded that the humidity peaked in the Sharjah area of Margham earlier today. A reading of 100 percent humidity means that the air is totally saturated with water vapour and cannot hold any more, creating the possibility of rain. It’s likely that the humidity will cause mist and fog over night and into the early morning.
Expect hot weather up until Thursday with temperatures between 38°C - 43°C in coastal areas and 41°C - 46°C inland.
