Drivers can now report minor accidents at Enoc petrol stations. Ten stations in Dubai are equipped with the means to use Dubai Police smartphone app with 58 trained Enoc employees.
Rather than holding up traffic or veering to the hard shoulder, it is advised that drivers drive to one of the selected petrol stations to report the accident. This aims to reduce traffic and congestion following minor accidents.
Assistant Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police for Criminal Investigation Affairs, Major-General Khalil Ebrahim Al Mansouri said “It will reduce the number of people at police stations to report minor accidents and also will reduce traffic jams on the roads.”
