Dubai Municipality aims to create awareness about the global malpractices to prevent it from entering into the local market. The authority will use the latest technologies and smart tools to detect food fraud or malpractices. The UAE's fish protein consumption is higher than the global average and with fish quickly becoming the most preferred source of protein, the safety concerns of Dubai authorities is appropriate.
