The Dubai T100 Triathlon race is back from 13 to 16 November, unveiling a scenic new race route that highlights some of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks.
Part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, the event will see triathletes begin their journey at Jumeirah 3 Beach, also known as Sunset Beach, pedal past Meydan Racecourse, and cross the finish line with Burj Khalifa as their stunning backdrop.

This year’s race promises an inclusive weekend for athletes and enthusiasts of all levels. Participants can join in teams of 2 or 3 for the 'Duathlon Relay' on 13 November which will involve a 5km run, 22km bike ride and a 5km run again. On Saturday, 15 November, individuals can join the 'Sprint Triathlon' which will be a 750m swim, 20km bike and 5km run. Participants can also go the distance in the headline '100km T100 Triathlon' on Sunday, 16 November, with a 2km swim, 80km bike and 18km run.
Adding to the fun, 'The Music Run' returns on Saturday, 15 November, offering a 5km music-filled fun run designed for all fitness levels, bringing a festival atmosphere to the race weekend.
The event will also feature live music, food stalls, and partner activations, creating a celebration of movement, health, and community in line with Dubai’s mission to inspire active lifestyles.
