Dubai will soon witness a stunning new addition to its retail landscape with Ghaf Woods Mall, a first-of-its-kind forest-integrated shopping destination at the heart of the Dhs 15.4 billion Ghaf Woods residential community. The Ghaf Woods residential community will be located next to Global Village and is expected to be launched in phases, starting early 2027.
Announced by Majid Al Futtaim, one of the region’s leading retail and leisure pioneers, the mall is designed to merge nature, technology and lifestyle while keeping sustainability at the forefront.
Described as a 'Mall in the Forest', Ghaf Woods Mall will feature a curated mix of premium retail, dining, entertainment, and leisure experiences. Its nature-inspired design will bring lush greenery indoors, creating a serene and immersive environment for visitors.
The mall will serve as the flagship retail destination within the new green residential community, offering both convenience and connection to residents and visitors alike. More details are expected to be announced soon, including completion dates and design specifics.
Once complete, it will become the Majid Al Futtaim’s thirtieth mall overall and nineteenth in the UAE, marking a major milestone in its commitment to sustainable and community-focused development.
