Announced at the World Governments Summit 2025, the platform aligns with Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33, reinforcing the city’s role as a global leader in smart urban planning.

The platform delivers detailed insights into buildings, including:
- Number of floors, height, total area and gross floor area (GFA)
- Usage classifications for residential and commercial properties
- Rental values, maintenance costs and property market trends
- Economic indicators to guide investment decisions
According to official sources, "economic indicators such as commercial activities, rental values, demographic data, maintenance costs and base price valuation are also integrated, offering a holistic view of market dynamics to support strategic investment and development planning".
The Rental Index feature offers real-time rental data, ensuring transparency and optimised land use strategies. This initiative supports sustainable urban development, enhancing Dubai’s real estate and infrastructure sectors by leveraging the capabilities of cutting-edge technology like AI.
