Dubai is set to make headlines once again with the announcement of the world's second-tallest tower, the Burj Azizi. Azizi Developments, a leading developer based in Dubai, first revealed plans for this towering marvel in January 2024. And now, the height of the Burj Azizi has been officially confirmed at 725 metres, surpassing the Merdeka 118 in Kuala Lumpur, which stands at 679 metres.
With at least 131 levels, this $1.63 billion skyscraper will secure its place as the world’s second-tallest building, right behind Dubai's iconic Burj Khalifa, which reaches 828 metres.
Scheduled for completion in 2028, Burj Azizi will rise prominently along Sheikh Zayed Road in the Dubai World Trade Centre area. This architectural masterpiece will feature luxurious apartments and penthouses, a multi-floor mall, a luxury hotel, diverse food and beverage outlets, and an observation deck offering stunning city views.
Burj Azizi is set to redefine opulence and sophistication, promising a sky-high lifestyle with amenities designed for the elite. Once completed, it will not only be a new landmark in Dubai but also contribute to the city's reputation as home to the world’s tallest skyscrapers.
More details will be revealed soon, stay tuned!
