UAE is bracing for more rainfall, with heavy downpours expected on 1 and 2 May as per the forecast from the National Centre for Meteorology. However, to reassure the public of their safety, the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) has announced its readiness to tackle the predicted severe weather conditions.
NCEMA also assured that all government entities concerned have taken necessary precautions to handle the potential risks posed by the rough weather.
Assuring the nation's preparedness, NCEMA confirmed that proactive measures will be implemented based on a thorough assessment of weather conditions and their potential impacts, particularly considering the ongoing recovery efforts from previous events.
Meanwhile, The Ministry of Interior has urged the public to exercise caution and adhere to safety guidelines issued by relevant authorities. Emphasising vigilance and compliance, they stressed the importance of following instructions to ensure the well-being of all individuals during adverse weather conditions.
